Adulți și copii peste 12 ani: Luați 1-2 comprimate la fiecare 4 ore după necesitate, maximum 12 comprimate în 24 de ore. Folosiți cea mai mică doză eficace și nu luați mai mult de 10 zile fără consultarea medicului. Beți un pahar plin de apă cu fiecare doză. Nu se recomandă pentru copii sub 12 ani.
Încetați utilizarea imediat și solicitați ajutor medical dacă experimentați semne de sângerare gastrointestinală (vomitare de sânge, scaune negre sau cu sânge, dureri severe la stomac), zumzet în urechi sau pierdere a auzului, sau dacă durerea se agravează sau durează mai mult de 10 zile. De asemenea, contactați medicul dacă febra durează mai mult de 3 zile, apar noi simptome sau dacă apare roșeață sau umflare. Încetați utilizarea dacă apar reacții alergice.
Luați doze la fiecare 4 ore cât timp simptomele persistă, maximum 5 doze în 24 de ore. Dozarea se bazează pe greutatea corporală; copiii sub 32 de lire sau sub 3 ani necesită consultare medicală. Beți un pahar plin de apă cu fiecare doză. Administrați doar sub supravegherea unui adult.
Dacă sunteți însărcinată sau alăptați, consultați un profesionist de sănătate înainte de a lua acest medicament. Evitați utilizarea, în special de la 20 de săptămâni de sarcină în continuare, decât dacă nu este specific direcționat de către medic, deoarece poate dăuna copilului nenăscut sau poate cauza complicații în timpul nașterii.
